About the Owner
My name is Emily Ruth Cole and I am the owner of the County-Courier in Bell County, KY. Have you ever looked back on your life and seen that everything was leading up to one thing or one moment in time? That is what the County-Courier is for me, that one thing that my life was leading up to. I've never had something I was passionate about or wanted to commit my life to as a career. Then the Lord led me to the newspaper business, and I realized what my calling is in this life. I have so many memories growing up with the newspaper and my Daddy. These memories drive me to bring the newspaper back to life. I don't want to wake up one day and the newspaper not be a thing anymore like the payphone. This is my calling and I have answered. Psalm 37:4
